Road To Responsibility, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Staff to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in a supportive home setting. You will provide hands-on care, daily living support, and skill-building to foster independence.

The role requires driving, basic computer skills, and collaboration with families and care providers. Training and CORI background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and internet.
• Successful completion of mandated trainings including medication administration.
• Must be willing to authorize a CORI background check and release information as required.
• Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance.
• Coordinate and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
• Model positive, consistent behavior for clients.
