Road To Responsibility, Inc. is hiring Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in living more independently at home and in the community.

You will provide hands-on care, support daily living skills, and help each person achieve personal goals. This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires, a range of health and dental options, retirement plans, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet is needed.
• Successful completion and maintenance of mandated trainings, including medication administration.
• Willingness to authorize a CORI background check and disclose information from DPPC/DDS and other agencies.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families, care providers, and team members.
