Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. is seeking Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in independent living at home and in the community.

You will provide hands-on care, mobility support, and transportation as needed, while implementing individualized plans and maintaining a safe environment. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with background checks and agency trainings completed prior to start.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must successfully complete all state and agency mandated trainings, including medication administration (where applicable).
• CORI/Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility support.
• Attend medical appointments and community activities with individuals.
• Follow individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications in accordance with procedures where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and document progress.
