Job summary

RTR is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide direct support and skill-building in daily living activities. You will assist with personal care, meals, hygiene, and mobility, and help residents participate in community activities and appointments.

You will maintain documentation, administer medications as trained, and support a safe, respectful home environment while working with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of direct experience in human services.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state and agency trainings including medication administration.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and skill-building in daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care (hygiene, meals, dressing, mobility).
• Support participation in community activities and appointments.
• Administer medications following procedures.
• Complete daily documentation and shift reports.
