Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote independent living skills via teaching and hands-on assistance.
• Provide transportation to appointments and assist with travel planning.
• Document shift logs and maintain electronic records as required.
• Assist with medication self-administration and observe for issues.
• Lead group activities and participate in community outings.
