Ottimo Resources in Los Angeles is seeking a Housing Monitor to serve as the primary contact for residents in behavioral health housing facilities. You will build professional relationships, ensure adherence to house rules and safety, and work in a demanding environment with residents in recovery and transitional housing.

Competenze

• Good verbal and written skills.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Skills in time management and crisis intervention.
• Driver's License.
• Background check.
• Reliable Transportation.
• May be able to drive from location to location if needed.

Mansioni

• Performs resident supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Greets new intakes and visitors
• Demonstrates the ability to interact appropriately with residents at all times
• Addresses issues and enforces behavioral expectations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies/Service Providers
• Assist participants with information and available resources
• Gather documentation to ensure participants qualify for resources
• Other duties as assigned
