Job summary

The People Concern seeks a Senior Clinician ODR for the Housing Supportive Services Program in Los Angeles. You will deliver field-based psychotherapy and case management in PSH settings, focusing on housing stability and recovery for adults with severe mental illness.

Work involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, crisis response, and rotation as LPS Designated staff. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, at Wellness Center and in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Valid registration or licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• 1000 clinical hours accrued toward licensure.
• Valid California driver's license with reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and implement mental health and recovery services.
• Conduct individual, family and group psychotherapy.
• Develop trusting relationships to support independence and health.
• Collaborate to develop and update the individual service plan.
• Assist in program evaluation and growth.
