InterCommunity, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a Residential Support Staff member to provide milieu supervision and coordinate social rehabilitation activities within our addiction and behavioral health programs.

The role requires a Peer Support Specialist Certification (or equivalent), an associate or bachelor's in human services, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and 3 years of residential setting experience. Schedule Sundays to Thursdays, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Formación

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services.
• 3 years of residential setting experience.
• Valid Driver License and CPR certification within 60 days of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide milieu supervision and safety for participants.
• Coordinate social-rehabilitation groups and programs.
• Maintain confidential progress notes and transport participants as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
