Job summary

The Residential Supervisor at Taylor Made Living in Fargo, ND leads training, coaching, and mentoring Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centered services for adults.

You will coordinate staff schedules, provide ongoing professional development, support crisis response, and assist the Program Coordinator to uphold PCSP and PBS plans in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience supervising staff.
• DD Certification through Minot State or ability to become certified within six months after hire.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and DSP Team Leads.
• Coordinate schedules and provide ongoing training, coaching and mentoring.
• Support the program with PCSP and PBS plan implementation.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations and maintain safe home environments.
• Collaborate with families, service providers, and internal teams; communicate critical issues to leadership.
