Job summary

Qualifications

• At least four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in counseling, guidance, teaching or therapeutic services for individuals with developmental disabilities, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, evaluate, and schedule approximately 25 direct support staff.
• Implement consumer ISP plans.
• Provide direct support to promote residents' human rights and community participation.
• Monitor consumer funds and health coordination with nursing supports.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Department regulations and policies.
