Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the Human Service field required.
• Candidate should demonstrate leadership and teamwork experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred or three years in Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and development of 8-10 Direct Support staff.
• Coordinate trainings and manage performance according to policy.
• Implement Person Centered Thinking across staff and individuals.
• Maintain pleasant home environments reflecting residents' interests.
• Coordinate home and vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Handle administrative tasks like filing and documentation timely.
• Oversee ISP processes in compliance with DDS/MRC regulations.
