Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance criteria: 4+ years driving, 21+, <3 moving violations past 3 years, >1 major violation past 3 years.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities, ensuring timely arrivals and safety.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Document client activities using BestNotes electronic health record.
• Collaborate with program nurse and clinical team on reports and medication side effects.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
• Facilitate recovery activities and document in the EHR.
• Conduct safety observations and report client behavior daily.
