Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with IHPs and ABA strongly preferred.
• Experience supervising Direct Support Professionals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSPs and schedule staff across shifts.
• Develop and implement BSPs and IHPs.
• Ensure data collection and monthly progress reports.
• Distribute and document medications as needed.
