Job summary

Eden Autism Services in Plainsboro, NJ seeks a Center Supervisor to oversee staff training, center operations, and clinical aspects while maintaining open communication with families, staff, and regulators. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:00 pm with flexibility as needed.

The role includes supervising staff, scheduling, managing IHPs, medication oversight, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support individuals with autism in a therapeutic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• Three years of direct care work experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct training and evaluation of staff.
• Assign and monitor mentors for new staff.
• Create and implement daily and weekly schedules including activities and transportation.
• Maintain IHPs and progress report schedules; review for accuracy.
• Oversee daily operation of assigned residence and ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation.
• Develop and oversee implementation of Individual Habilitation Plans for all participants.
• Maintain participant files including medical, dental, IHPs, etc.
• Record and update data daily in Therap.
