Job summary

NeuroRestorative, a Sevita company, seeks a Residential Group Home Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities in our community-based program. You will supervise Direct Care staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality supports.

A Bachelor's in Human Services and 1–2 years' experience are preferred; a valid driver's license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in direct care or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals in the program.
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operations.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input on hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and terminations.
• Maintain relationships with families/guardians and implement satisfaction plans.
• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance in living environments and activities.

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services
• One to two years' experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid driver's license for a minimum 1 year in good standing
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
