Job summary

ResCare Community Living is seeking a Supervisor Residential to oversee day‑to‑day activities for individuals receiving support and to supervise direct care staff during daily operations.

The role includes onboarding, training, performance feedback, and building strong relationships with families, guardians, and case managers, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety across living environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CPR and First Aid; valid driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task.
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships.
• Compassionate, reliable attitude and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operations.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.
• Foster positive relations with case managers and referral agents and advocate for individuals served.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians and implement satisfaction enhancement plans.
• Monitor safety and comfort, ensuring living environments meet regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program

• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Other education and experience as required by state
