Job summary

Sevita invites applications for the Residential Supervisor role within NeuroRestorative. This position oversees day-to-day schedules and direct care staff across a 12-hour shift (7 am–7 pm) on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays with on-call duties.

A Bachelor’s in Human Services and supervisory experience are required, with CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license. The role offers full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package, opportunities for growth, and meaningful work improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
• 1-2 years’ behavioral health experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• CPR and First Aid; valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operation.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training are delivered.
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, and performance evaluations.
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and lobbies for individuals receiving care.
• Maintain relationships with families and guardians and implement satisfaction improvement plans.
• Monitor comfort and safety to ensure regulatory compliance.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Residential Supervisor

Hours: (12-hour shift) 7 am - 7 pm

Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday +Plus on-call responsibility

Pay: $45,000/year

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support, including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents, and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
• Must have behavioral health experience - One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Other education and experience as required by state
• Current CPR and First Aid; valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
