Job summary

NeuroRestorative, a part of Sevita, seeks a Residential Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure programs run smoothly for individuals receiving support in our community-based settings. You will supervise Direct Care Staff, coordinate schedules, deliver onboarding and ongoing training, and collaborate with families, guardians, and case managers to maintain safe, compliant living environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years’ experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required; state licensure as needed.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask.
• Effective communication and relationship-management skills.
• Reliable, responsible attitude with commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments.

• Provide input in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions.

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program

• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
• One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Other education and experience as required by state
• Current CPR and First Aid Valid driver's license, car registration and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
