Job summary

Pathway Family Service is seeking a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children, adolescents and their families. You will provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy within our residential programs and help clients learn skills for stability and permanency at home.

We require a Master's level practitioner with Kansas BSRB licensure and, preferably, an additional credential for addictions.

Qualifications

• Requires master's level licensure by Kansas BSRB or equivalent.
• Addiction credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy to children and adolescents in residential programs.
• Support families to build healthy, lasting relationships and connect them with community resources.
• Maintain flexible schedules to meet the needs of specific clients within the residential setting.

We are looking for a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children and families engaged in clinical services through our residential programs.

Our full-time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders. An additional credential for addictions is preferred.

A Day in The Life as a therapist:

As a Therapist for Pathway Family Service, you will work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment programs. Assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. Schedules are flexible, we adapt to meet the needs of specific clients.
