Job summary

Pinemar is seeking a Residential Superintendent to lead custom homes and major renovations in Ardmore, PA. This full-time role requires overseeing projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough and coordinating trades, vendors, and homeowners to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You’ll manage field operations, read drawings, and use Procore/Smartsheet for project tracking, with a focus on safety, communication, and craftsmanship. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction.
• Experience managing luxury homes, custom homes, or major residential renovations.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication.
• Track project progress, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs.
• Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience throughout construction.
