Job summary

Pinemar is seeking a Residential Construction Foreman to lead field crews in Ardmore, PA, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery for custom homes and renovations.

You'll work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to coordinate daily activities, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and mentor junior crew members while upholding Pinemar's standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience.
• Ability to lead field crews and coordinate day-to-day jobsite activities.
• Strong understanding of rough and finish carpentry methods and sequential processes.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and details.
• Proven ability to maintain safety, schedule, and quality on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews, assign tasks, and set workmanship expectations.
• Execute daily work plans aligned with project schedules and drawings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trade partners to keep projects moving.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and communicate needs to the Superintendent.
