Job summary

Pinemar, based in Ardmore, PA, seeks an experienced Residential Superintendent to lead custom homes and major renovations from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. You’ll oversee field operations and collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners to deliver exceptional results.

This full-time role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safe, organized jobsites, tracking progress, and upholding our standards of quality,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom residential construction.
• Experience managing luxury or custom homes and major renovations.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; familiarity with Procore/Smartsheet is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction projects from groundbreaking through final walkthrough.
• Manage daily field operations and maintain safe, organized jobsites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor quality and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain clear project communication.
• Track project progress, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead project closeout, punch lists, and final client walkthroughs.
• Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience throughout construction.
