Job summary

Pinemar is seeking a highly organized Project Engineer in Ardmore, PA to support residential construction and major renovations. This role offers hands-on learning across the full lifecycle, collaborating with project managers, superintendents, architects, designers, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in construction, project engineering, or related role.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with residential construction and major renovations.
• Review drawings, specs, and project documentation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist with subcontractor bidding, scope review, and buyout.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, subcontracts, and related docs.
• Track long-lead materials and procurement requirements.
• Assist with budgets, costs, and forecasting.
• Coordinate information between field, PM, architect, designer, and trade partners.
• Visit jobsites to understand progress and field conditions.
