Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Residential Specialist in Santee, CA. You will provide direct care in a home setting, supporting clients to engage in daily activities and gain independence. Schedule: Sun-Wed 2p-10p; pay ranges from $20.00 to $20.65 per hour, with competitive benefits.

A typical day includes hands-on care, assistance with daily tasks, and encouraging goals within a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience with individuals with disabilities.
• Valid California Driver’s License, auto insurance, and clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Person-centered approach to care.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, dressing, mobility, and organization.

About the Role:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Location: Santee

Schedule: Sun- Wed 2p-10p

Pay: The pay for this position $20.00 to $20.65.

• Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.
• Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• A passion for making a difference!

We’d love it if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
