Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Santee, CA is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct, person-centered care in a home setting. You will empower clients to participate in daily living, supporting independence and personal goal achievement.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of experience with individuals with disabilities. A valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record are needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

About the Role:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Location: Santee

Pay: The pay for the position is $20.00 to $20.65

Schedule: Sat & Sun 6a- 2pm & Mon- Wed 6a-11a

• Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.
• Encourage independent by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• A passion for making a difference!

We’d love it if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
