Colonial Group is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. You’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Based in Chula Vista, CA, the role pays $20.00 to $20.65 per hour, with a Fri–Sun 3pm–11pm schedule. The position emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting.
• Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating, cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and personal organization.
• Encourage independence by supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.

About the Role:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Location: Chula Vista

Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.

Schedule: The schedule for this position is Fri- Sun 3p- 11p.

• Create a safe, respectful, and engaging home environment.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• A passion for making a difference!

We’d love it if you:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
