Arc of San Diego is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with disabilities in a day center setting in Chula Vista. You’ll help clients build independence, participate in meaningful activities, and develop essential life skills in a supportive environment.

The schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am–3:00pm with pay ranging from $20.00 to $20.65 per hour. A high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of experience, and a valid CA driver’s license are required; bilingual in English and

• Six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid California Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

About the Role:

Location: Chula Vista

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:30a-3p

Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.

What you’ll need to be successful:

We’d love it if you:

• Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred)
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have previous experience in a caregiving or teaching role
