Job summary

ZEO Energy Corp. is seeking an experienced MPU Electrician to join our residential solar construction teams. You will upgrade electrical systems, read blueprints, and work safely on-site to support solar installations.

Compensation is performance-based, with piece-rate pay per job, rewarding skilled electricians who deliver quality and efficiency. Strong field teamwork and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including service upgrades.
• Knowledge of NEC codes related to solar, battery storage, and service panels.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and on-site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) or other residential service changes for solar energy systems.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems in homes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and line diagrams for layouts.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and tools.
• Collaborate with construction teams to meet project requirements on schedule.
