Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking energetic sales professionals to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in a home-based visiting role. You will build trust, customize systems to fit each home, and follow up after installations to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and relationship-focused with a strong ability to uncover new leads and close deals in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover new leads and close deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder to consult customers and guide to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of ADT solutions and explain products and services to customers.
• Visit customers at their homes and assess their security needs.
• Listen, build trust, and act as a trusted advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit client space and lifestyle with security, automation, and life safety components.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and generate referrals.
• Identify and generate new sales leads to maximize outreach.
