Job summary

My Life My Home seeks a QIDP/Site Leader to provide essential supports for residents in CILA settings across Illinois. You will train Direct Support Professionals, supervise staff, and ensure quality services while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or an RN license is required, with a criminal background check and driver’s license. Flexible hours, on-call duties, and a focus on person-centered care are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with a developmental disability.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Psychology, or related human services field or RN license.
• Possess valid driver license with <3 driving offenses; background checks including DCFS/CANTS are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and ensure necessary supports for residents in CILA settings.
• Train and supervise Direct Support Professionals and QIDPs.
• Maintain compliance with standards, policies, and regulations.
• Manage a caseload of 8–10 residents and participate in on-call rotations.
