Job summary

Challenge Unlimited, Inc. is seeking a Community Day Services Manager/QIDP in Alton, IL to provide case management and person-centered services.

The role focuses on developing individualized service plans, monitoring progress toward goals, and ensuring regulatory compliance in community and vocational settings. The position supports clients in achieving greater independence through community integration and skill development, with full-time hours and a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field or RN license.
• 1+ years of experience with people with Developmental Disabilities.
• CPR, 1st Aid, CPI, QIDP and DSP training provided within 4 months.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and person-centered services for individuals with disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans; monitor progress toward goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation for plans and incidents.
