Job summary

Family Service Of Rhode Island is seeking a clinician to supervise residential program components and deliver trauma-focused counseling under the Trauma Systems Therapy model. You will assess clients, provide crisis intervention when needed, and coordinate with direct care staff to ensure safe, effective care within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services related field required.
• Independent license eligibility within 2 years of hire.
• MSWs must be actively pursuing licensure.
• Possession of a valid driver's license, auto insurance, registration, and inspection required.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments and trauma-informed counseling in residential settings.
• Deliver short and long-term counseling and transition advocacy.
• Provide emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed.
• Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Participate in rotating on-call clinical duties.
