Location: Fall River, MA

Located in the Historic District of Swansea, Massachusetts for 80 years, Stevens provides comprehensive services to adolescent boys who require the safety and consistency of our residential treatment program.
We currently have an opening for a Shift Supervisor in our Transitional Living Program located in Fall River, MA.
The TLP Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the care and supervision of youth enrolled in the Transitional Living Program by effectively facilitating the shift. The Shift Supervisor provides behavioral support and crisis intervention, and leads residential counselors through in-the-moment coaching and support. The Shift Supervisor works with the Transitional Living Director to develop and maintain systems within the house, and ensure the house is safely maintained in a clean, orderly fashion.
Schedule: Full-time, 40-hours – 2nd shift
Starting pay: $25.00 to $25.50 per hour based on qualification/experience.
