Job summary

Stevens Treatment Programs in Fall River, MA seeks a Residential Counselor for the Transitional Living Program (TLP). This full-time position (40 hours/week) covers the third shift, 11:00pm–9:00am, with a pay rate of $20.00–$21.50/hour based on qualifications and experience.

Roles include supervising youth, guiding routines, and delivering trauma-informed support. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 3+ years of licensed driving with clean record, EEC background check clearance, and 1-year

Overview

Position: Residential Counselor - Transitional Living Program (TLP)

Location: Fall River, MA

Full-time: (40 hours/week) – Third Shift (Awake Overnight)

Stevens Treatment Programs empowers youth to lead successful lives through high quality treatment and education in a safe and nurturing environment. Located in Fall River, MA, the Transitional Living Program will provide 8 male adolescents and young adults with services and support needed for them to safely reintegrate into home and community life and thrive in their future.

Residential counselors provide a critical role in daily care and supervision for youth served. Residential counselors lead daily routines, facilitate activities, implement trauma-informed behavioral support, act as mentors and positive role models, and support youth in meeting their individualized behavioral, clinical, and rehabilitative goals.

Pay Rate:

Requirements:
