Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to supervise Direct Support Professionals and support residents in an adult residential setting. You will implement ISPs, monitor behavior plans, document progress, and ensure safety and program fidelity during scheduled shifts.

Compassion, teamwork, and leadership are essential as you promote independence and community integration for residents. Paid training and a $1000 sign-on bonus for new full-time employees are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• MAP certification required within 3 months of hire.
• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts.
• Implement ISPs, behavior plans, and assessments.
• Ensure documentation of programs, medications, and safety checks.
• Facilitate resident engagement in activities and community integration.
• Coordinate with families and external agencies under the House Manager.
• Assist with resident finances and house budgets.
