Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee residents in an adult residential setting. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, implement individual plans, and ensure daily activities promote independence and community integration.

Paid training, a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, and a schedule that supports work-life balance are offered. Responsibilities include documentation, safety compliance, and collaboration with families and the Residential House

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field preferred.
• MAP certification required and must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• 21+ years old with valid driver's license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Lead Direct Support Professionals during shifts and ensure schedule adherence.
• Implement ISPs and behavior plans and document progress.
• Ensure medications are delivered and documented and safety protocols followed.
• Foster resident independence through engagement in activities and community integration.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and external agencies as directed.
