Job summary

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field preferred.
• MAP certification is required and must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• 21+ years old with a high school diploma or GED and daily car use is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISPs, behavior plans, and assessments to align with individual needs and goals.
• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts with clear communication.
• Ensure ISP programs, behavior data sheets, medications, and safety procedures are documented.

Education

B.A./B.S. in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field preferred

MAP certification

Valid driver’s license
