Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. seeks an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals in a Spencer, MA residential program. This full-time, hourly role supervises Direct Support Professionals, coordinates daily care, and ensures DDS compliance in a compassionate, inclusive environment.

Shifts Tue 3p-11p, Wed 1p-9p, Thu 3p-9p, Fri 3p-11p, Sat 8a-6p. Pay is $17.50–$19.00/hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
