Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or one year of human services experience.
• MAP certification required within 3 months of hire.
• 21+ with valid driver's license and daily use of a car preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, transfers, emergencies).

Responsibilities

• Implement ISPs, behavior plans, and assessments.
• Lead Direct Support Professionals during shifts.
• Document ISP programs and behavior data sheets.
• Ensure medications are delivered and documented.
• Coordinate with families, guardians, and external agencies.
• Assist with resident finances and budgeting.
• Maintain safety checks and DDS compliance.
