Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Texas Driver License (in good standing). Must be insurable by Texana’s Insurance carrier
• Experience with individuals with Intellectual disabilities (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the shift under the Residential Shift Supervisor.
• Oversee all aspects of resident life on the shift and maintain a safe, secure, and clean living environment.
• Assist with interviewing for hiring, scheduling of work assignments, and completing evaluations.
• Monitor health, skill acquisition training, and behavior treatment; ensure compliance with policies.
• Communicate with the Residential Shift Supervisor and other staff; work during emergencies as essential staff.
