Job summary

Health & Human Services Comm in Texas is seeking an RN Shift Supervisor (Nurse III RN Shift Supervisor) to coordinate nursing services on a shift basis and provide clinical guidance to staff. This role supports safe, quality care at a State Supported Living Center and involves mentoring and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position starts at $7,532.75 monthly with potential for additional pay on evenings, nights, weekends, and at secure locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with relevant experience in a state facility.
• Experience coordinating nursing services and shift coverage preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing services and shift coverage across the unit.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and on-the-job training to nursing staff.
• Administer medications and perform comprehensive nursing assessments and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, facility policies, and standards of care.
