Job summary

Odyssey House of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead to join our Parents program in Salt Lake. This role supports clients, coordinates with staff, and helps ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for clients and families.

Shifts include Saturday-Sunday 10:00 AM-6:00 PM and Monday-Wednesday 4:00 PM-12:00 AM. Compensation is $18.00 per hour, with a benefits package and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 21+ years of age.
• First Aid and CPR Certification (training provided if not certified).
• Must work scheduled shifts (will vary).
• Experience working with adults in a treatment setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor clients' behavior and intervene based on schedule and treatment plan.
• Conducts urinary analysis drug screen collection when directed.
• Ensure groups/activities are facilitated and documented on shift.
• Complete incident reports and maintain client records.
• Mentor/train part-time staff and support onboarding.
