Odyssey House Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead for our Parents program in Salt Lake City. The role supports clients, coordinates care with counseling staff, mentors part-time staff, and ensures documented treatment activities across shifts.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a salary of $18.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit. Flexible scheduling accommodates school and family commitments while delivering essential client support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with adults in a treatment setting preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• First Aid and CPR Certification (training provided if not certified).
• Must work scheduled shifts and be able to work variable shifts.

Responsabilités

• Observe and monitor clients' behavior and intervene per treatment plan.
• Dokumentation of observations and milieu interventions in client records.
• Assist with headcounts and shift handoffs to treatment team.
• Mentor part-time staff and support onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate with counseling staff on milieu treatment and activities.
• Provide supervision and support for clients and families as needed.
