Job summary

Crimson Heights in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a lead for daily residential operations. You will coach direct-support staff, maintain documentation quality, and ensure a safe, organized home where residents can make meaningful progress.

The role requires 2+ years in management and experience with behavioral needs. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour, and work is in person, with transportation responsibilities and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience.
• Experience supporting people with autism, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to transport clients when assigned.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff on company standards, client behavior plans, and documentation quality.
• Build the team schedule, monitor service hours, and ensure every shift is covered.
• Review notes, incident reports, timecards, medication records, and required checklists.
• Lead monthly team meetings, training, and quarterly staff reviews.
• Coordinate medication refills, health appointments, meal planning, household supplies, and maintenance needs.
• Support crisis response and step into direct-care shifts when coverage is unavailable.
