Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Residential Coordinator for Irving Street Women’s Residence. You will manage the facility during your shift, support residents' housing stability, and coordinate with the Residential Case Manager to link participants to community housing and services.

This HUD Safe Haven program serves up to 25 individuals, with Housing First and Trauma‑Informed Care approaches; duties include documenting interactions, maintaining files, supervising volunteers, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience in human services.
• One-year direct human service experience.
• Willing to obtain first aid/CPR certifications and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents’ voices are heard and incorporated into programming.
• Maintain knowledge of program requirements, referrals, and HUD standards.
• Document client interactions and maintain eligibility and demographic records.
• Coordinate housing stability services with the Residential Case Manager.
• Supervise volunteers and support daily facility operations and safety.
• Manage on-call coverage and ensure timely reporting and data entry.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility and assist with life skills classes.
• Assist in securing emergency housing and relocating residents when needed.
