The Community Supports Network, Inc. is seeking a Front Line Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in delivering person-centered services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within residential settings.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining daily operations for a supportive environment. You will participate in on-call rotation, with evening and weekend coverage, and contribute to documenting activities, safety drills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with intellectually &/or developmentally disabled persons.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass all background checks prior to hire & annually thereafter.
• Ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications.
• Availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends/Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage & oversee residential homes as well as staff working in the home.
• Complete daily, weekly, & monthly tasks (documentation, house & staff meetings, safety drills).
• Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management.
• Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene.
• Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments.
• Encourage and foster individual's hobbies and interests.
• Follow health & safety protocols.
• After training, this role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule shared across the team, with occasional weekday and weekend coverage.
