Job summary

Blue River Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Manager to lead a group home for adults with developmental disabilities. You will supervise Life Skills Instructors, ensure a safe, structured environment, and support individualized service plans to promote independence and personal growth.

You will coordinate daily operations, manage staff schedules, and maintain compliance with agency and regulatory standards while fostering community integration and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, sociology, or related field (preferred).
• Management experience with adults who have developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential group home, including schedules and staffing.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity of residents at all times.
• Support development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Person-Centered Plans.
