Job summary

Embracelifeservices is seeking a Residential Group Home Supervisor to oversee care and daily operations for individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring a safe, nurturing living environment.

Flexible hours may include evenings, weekends and holidays. You will work with case managers and families to develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Able to obtain Arizona fingerprint clearance.
• CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention and Support certifications required or obtainable.
• Experience with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Applicant must be able to provide transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals according to individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medical needs as required.
• Promote residents' independence, self-esteem, and community integration.
• Lead and manage a team of direct support professionals; provide training and feedback.
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities, outings, and engagement programs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families and case managers.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation of resident care and home operations.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, guardians, and advocates.
• Ensure health and safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
