St. John’s Community Services in Tennessee, Martin, seeks a Team Lead Day I to provide support, training, and supervision to individuals with disabilities, while supervising staff and ensuring service quality.

You will transport participants, collect data, maintain attendance, and schedule activities. A high school diploma is required; 2+ years in related work and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; AA/BA preferred.
• Two+ years’ experience with people with disabilities; community-based programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support, training, supervision, and instruction to people with disabilities in social, emotional, and daily living skills.
• Provide leadership and training to assigned staff to ensure quality services.
• Review ISP-related activities and ensure data collection.
• Transport individuals to and from community sites.
• Maintain attendance and calendar of changes.
• Schedule integration activities and assign staff to individuals.
• Conduct job development research and training on daily living skills.
• Perform on-site staff observations and annual performance evaluations.
• Maintain recreational activity schedules and all relevant documentation.
• Assist with medical appointments and perform other duties as assigned.
