Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required by state regulations.
• Experience with people with disabilities preferred.
• Valid health certificate and driving license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of multiple group homes.
• Supervise Residential Team Leaders.
• Coordinate and write ISP plans and ensure implementation.
• Oversee the financial needs of the consumers in the homes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (state, federal, local).
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for assigned locations.
